Gateway Real Estate Limited (GREL) is the only Foreign Real Estate Developers established in St. Lucia, and have been doing business in St. Lucia since 1986.

GREL specializes in Quality Designs and Building Projects. We also set standards in Style Services, Quality for Condominium Properties and Estate Management.

TRACK RECORD

GREL constructed and developed a thirty-seven Condominium Villa Project in St. Lucia. Also a number of private villas from US$300.00 to US$1,200,000.00. Key factors in the success of the Project are:

ARCHITECTURE

Traditional Caribbean designs and reflections of the island’s colonial heritage from the basic theme for much of our work. Designs provide for light, fresh interiors with superior finishing and fittings, all to R.I.B.A. standards and hurricane specifications.

CONSTRUCTION

Quality of workmanship is assured through management of our own in house tradesmen and standards. All facilities are robust and built to accommodate local conditions. Materials where ever possible are local and specialist fixtures and fittings ordered and imported from Europe.

Suppliers include DURETTE: manufactures of U.P.V.C windows made to our specification in Barbados.

CLIENT SERVICES

Our Client Services embraces Legal and Accounts support to individual Purchasers, Companies and Trust, then follows through into Property Management, Rentals and Accounting functions. Our utmost aim is to provide a complete package to purchasers saving them time, trouble and cost. It is a One-Stop-Shop package deal. In addition we arrange Land-Holding License, utilities, insurance, tax administration and accounting.
