Condominium Charge

After one year from completion of the last property, the owners will have the decision to take over the running of the condominium or to leave it with Gateway to continue.

During the year, the costs of running the condominium will be assessed.  This will include:

 

  • Garden maintenance
  • Pool maintenance
  • Common lighting

Additional cost could be joint hurricane insurance for a cheaper policy.

A guide cost for the above based on other properties we have built we would estimate  at $6,000.00USD per annum say $1,500.00 per owner.
